From 17 to 21 November, the Chair of Exercise, Nutrition and Health, represented by Professor Karsten Köhler and Dominik Eiban, joined a group of ten additional TUM students participating in an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) at the University of Jyväskylä.
Following several practice-oriented workshops, the group attended the 25th International Conference “Inter-Individual Variation in Responses to Resistance Exercise Training”, led by Juha Ahtiainen (University of Jyväskylä) and Michael Roberts (Auburn University). The conference provided an in-depth overview of current developments in genetics, hypertrophy mechanisms, exercise science, and statistical approaches to analysing individual training responses.
Shared activities also offered valuable opportunities to strengthen ties between our chair and colleagues from partner universities, opening pathways for future collaborations.
