“Advent, Advent, der Sportschuh (b)rennt! “- This was the topic under which students of the Technical University of Munich made the children of the Guardini Elementary School sweat on 21.12.21.
In line with the hygiene standards effective at this time, the bachelor students of the Health Sciences program set up and carried out various exercise and health stations in the halls of the elementary school as part of a health day. 10 action-packed stations, such as "Christmas tree ball run" or "Catching presents at the North Pole", the elementary school students* from a total of 12 classes were able to play through during a 45-minute class break in each case and then have them stamped on their own stamp card. After successfully sweating and mastering the various stations, each child received a certificate as well as a health booklet with exciting information, everyday ideas and training opportunities for various motor skills.
The team of the Technical University of Munich was very happy about the positive feedback of the students and teachers and was able to start the Christmas vacations and the new year with a smile on their faces!
