From 9–12 November 2025, the sixth High Performance Leadership Forum of the Technical University of Munich (TUM – led by Prof. Jürgen Beckmann) and the University of Queensland (UQ – led by Prof. Cliff Mallett) took place in Raitenhaslach.
Under this year’s theme, “Leading Through Crisis and Change”, Julia Schwender gave a presentation on psychological safety and its importance for effective leadership, particularly in times of uncertainty.
In addition, numerous experts from research and practice (sport and corporate sectors) delivered a wide range of engaging and insightful contributions. The event was organized and coordinated by Dr. Vanessa Wergin and Dr. Wiebke Hähl.
