Meeting of the dvs section Sportmotorik at the KIT

The section Sportmotorik (sports motoric) offered a broad spectrum of topics at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology (KIT), ranging from muscle synergies, motor modules, motor and machine learning to robotics.

The chair of human movement science joined with three talks and presented data on the influence of training interventions on explicit learning (Veit Kraft), wearable-based analyses of everyday behavior in persons with multiple sclerosis (Philipp Gulde), and kinematic analyses of activities of daily living in ageing, stroke, and dementia (Joachim Hermsdörfer).
