Free oral presentations: Presentations should be of 10min length, leaving 5min for discussion as well as change and introduction of speakers. We recommend to prepare a power point presentation and a safety copy in pdf format. The projector will be connected via HDMI, in case, support us with fitting adapters (e.g., USB-C).
Oral presentations within a symposium: Please contact the symposium organizer in time to schedule the length and order of presentations. We recommend to collect and test all presentations up-front on the moderator's laptop. The projector will be connected via HDMI, in case, support us with fitting adapters (e.g., USB-C).
Poster presentations: Posters are recommended to be in portrait orientation with a size of A0. The poster session will take place on Thursday, March 20. If possible, install your posters with the beginning of the conference on Wednesday morning. Poster positios are distributed by first-come-first-serve. As we plan to place the posters at prominent positions, consider spending some time nearby to get in touch with your readers.
