• 2002 - 2005: Doctor of Philosophy  (Dr. rer. nat.), Physiology and cell biology, School of Life Sciences at the Technical University of Munich
• 2005 - 2019: Postdoctoral Position, Institute of Preventive Pediatrics, Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at the Technical University of Munich
• since July 2019: Scientific Assistant at the Professorship of Exercise Nutrition Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at the Technical University of Munich

 

About me

“I come from a very analytical study before I got the chance to get a deeper look into the physiological mechanism of the body during my PhD and Postdoctoral time. Now I think I am working in one of the most interesting fields in research – exercise and nutrition.
Having two kids means having action the whole time. We try to take this energy and use it for outdoor activities. However, you can also find me in the gym or having quality time with my friends and family.”
