About me
As a sports nutritionist for the German Ski Association, I combine my practical work with scientific insights from applied research projects such as "Energy Balance in Alpine Skiing Considering Altitude" and "The Influence of Caffeine on Shooting Performance in Biathlon." I am particularly fascinated by translating theoretical concepts into practice and developing tailored nutritional strategies for athletes.
Winter sports not only excite me at work, but I also enjoy being active in the mountains myself. in the summers, I spend my free time on the sand playing beach volleyball or cycling and love having cooking evenings with friends or family.
