About me
My research interests are in treating physical inactivity and unhealthy eating behaviors via tailored, technology-assisted behavioral lifestyle interventions and in understanding the interconnection between physical activity and energy intake and their joined and single impact on energy balance, metabolism, and health.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, travelling, and being outdoors in nature to hike, ski, or play sports.
