Profile

Andreea has started pursuing her PhD at the TUM Chair for Public Health and Prevention in July 2024. Before this she has worked as a consultant conducting socio-economic impact assessments in the context of EU chemicals legislation. She holds a M.Sc. in Life Science Economics and Policy from TUM and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Constructor University in Bremen. 

Research Interests

  • Measuring the health and economic impacts of unhealthy diets

  • Modelling the potential impacts of policy interventions aimed at preventing diet-related NCDs
