Profile
Xiao Tan has been a doctoral student at the Professorship of Public Health and Prevention since December 2023, where she worked as student research assistant from March 2022 to November 2023. Prior to the PhD program, she completed the Master of Science in Public Health at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and the Bachelor of Arts in Socioeconomics at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Nürnberg-Erlangen (FAU).
Currently, she works on the project “Food Policy and Economic Modeling”, which focuses on modeling and comparing the potential health and economic outcomes of different public nutrition policies targeting non-communicable diseases.
