Admission information
Description
Regelmäßiger Termin für die Gruppe 2 wird in der ersten Veranstaltung besprochen
Writing a structured psychological evaluation report within the context of talent identification and development provides the framework for this module. You will learn about talent identification and development from a psychological perspective and we will look at the relevant psychological "markers". The use of such markers requires an understanding of the psychology of personality and individual differences as well as an understanding of psychological assessment. This, rather theoretical content, is flanked by practicing skills of psychological assessment and writing an evaluation report.
Learning material (slides, videos, worksheets, quizzes) are provided via moodle for self-regulated learning. Weekly consultation hours (Fridays, sometime between 12-2m) will allow interaction with other students, provide opportunity to ask questions and to practice some skills. Attendance is recommended but not required.

Teaching and learning methods
You will use your own "case", an athlete, to develop the understanding and the skills. This individual work is supported by group work, developing a website on wiki on a psychological construct.
