About Theresa Schierl

Theresa Schierl studied Health Sciences (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Munich and is now doing her PhD at the Chair of Social Determinants of Health. Previously, she worked at the Center for Global Health at Klinikum Rechts der Isar on the topic of global neurology and neglected tropical diseases. Her research interests are HIV prevention in the global south, gender medicine and social determinants of infectious diseases.
