Alexandra Fretian is research fellow at the Assistant Professorship of Health Literacy of the Technical University of Munich. Her area of expertise lies in mental health literacy, particularly in the target group of young people and evaluation of health promotion interventions.
From 2018 to 2022 she worked in different mental health related projects at the University of Bielefeld, such as the IMPRES and YOURCARE project.
Alexandra Fretian holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in (European) Public Health. She completed her PhD in 2024 on the topic of mental health literacy in young people.
