Using creative methods, paired with her tremendous expertise, Christine Breitbach succeeded in recruiting national international corporations as customers for her agency, such as Daimler AG or Siemens AG. Her engagement mainly focuses on the consultation and the development of concepts for the implementation and the furthering of employee health programs.
In the course, the student participants have the opportunity to become more active, dive deeper into the concept of corporate health management, and apply their knowledge in a practical setting. After a detailed presentation of the objectives, the success factors and the processes in the area of employee health programs, the students develop own solutions for different problems and presented them to the group.
The course, part of the seminar on sport and health management in practice, takes place in the winter semester 20/21. Christine Breitbach, managing director of Schattenecker² GmbH, will answer the following questions and discuss the following toppics related with Employee Health Programs in the two day long seminar:

- Why do companies invest in health of their employees from a long-term perspective?
- What are successful measures accepted by the employees?
- How can the success of an employee health program be measured?
- Employee health management as professional career - What could my professional activities be like?
Furthermore, you can look forward a lot of case studies, analysis instruments for testing and interesting examples of the practice.
