The training enables participants to introduce and accompany health promotion measures in a company. The participants learn the basic processes with the elements of ascertaining the health situation including its risks and potentials, the development of proposals derived from this to improve the health situation and the health resources and abilities as well as the support of their implementation, in each case with the participation of the insured persons and those responsible for the company.
Day 1 - live online
- Planning and analysis of health needs in the workplace context
- Development and implementation of workplace health measures
- Evaluation in workplace health promotion
Day 2 - on-site
- Presentation of evidence-based practice examples
- Discussion and reflection of the examples
