Training Design

Although there is no universal model of training design, different guidelines for training design and periodization can help to systematize it. In this event, interdisciplinarity and applicability for the trainer are the focus of the mediation. In addition to various classic models, coaching, the autonomy of athletes and training as well as load documentation will be discussed.

online + instructional videos via the Moodle learning platform

Registration deadline: 4 weeks before the start of the course (later registration possible if there are still places available!)

Experiences in practice as well as knowledge of kinetics and general training theory.
