Experimental Psychology Article Shows: Red Supports Avoidance to Unhealthy Food

The article that just appeared in Experimental Psychology shows that red labels may help consumers stay away from unhealthy food. Researchers from TUM and Saarland University used reaction time measurements to study the automatic reactions to certain food (unhealthy vs. healthy) and color pairings.
