Performance record Form 5

A certificate of achievement confirmed by the university is only required at the end of the 4th semester. The university confirms on Form 5 that the person to be trained has achieved the usual achievements by the end of the 4th semester in an orderly course of study.

At the Department of Sport and Health Sciences, this means that the student must have earned at least one third of the total credits to be earned.

• Bachelor: 60 of 180 credits
• Teaching degree Gymnasium: 34 out of 105 credits

This credit certificate can be submitted later in the first four months of the 5th semester.
