When and where will the Winter School take place?
InPhysEd 2020 will be run digital via zoom meetings.
Times of Online sessions:
- Monday 9th to Friday 13th November 2020 daily from 10:00am until 1:30pm CET / 9:00am until 12:30pm GMT.
- 1.5 hours preparatory session two weeks early (date will be announced)
- 1.5 hours pitching session after the online course (date will be announced)
What are the expenses?
No tuition fees.

Application for rest places is still open until 26th October 2020.
Who can apply?
All people with intellectual disabilities as experts of their own experience and Master/PhD students with an interest or background in physical activity, health science and trainee teachers are welcome to apply to the Winter School. All nationalities can participate, as long as the students are enrolled in a European University.
What are the evaluation criteria for the application?
The EIT Health Winter School will accept 40 participants in total: 30 students and 10 people with intellectual disabilities. A panel of experts will assess the online-applications and select the participants.
We will select students to take part in the EIT InPhysEd Winter School based on the following principles:
- You demonstrate open mindedness and spirit for inclusion.
- You show that you are a team player and interested in working in an interdisciplinary and international setting.
- You are motivated to work on the challenges of making physical education inclusive and open to all. You have a strong interest in promoting healthier living, social inclusion and in developing, pitching innovative solutions underpinned by an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You show a strong proficiency in English and in working in different languages in general.
What documentation will I receive upon successful completion of the EIT Winter School?
All participants will receive a certificate at the end of the EIT Winter School.
What are the terms, rules, and conditions of the EIT Summer School?
1. By applying, you are aware of having access to digital workspace including PC / Laptop and idealy a smart phone.
2. You have access to a strong internet connection to be able to follow the zoom sessions.
3. You are expected to attend and participate in all session activities organized by the EIT InPhysEd Winter School team during the program period.
4. In order to guarantee fluid and cooperative communication among the teams and other stakeholders, you agree to the distribution of relevant professional data from your CV/LinkedIn to other parties involved in the project (such as corporate partners, other participants, coaches, etc.). This information will be handled in accordance with German data protection procedures.
5. You are asked to treat any non-public knowledge you gain about the other involved parties (e.g. speakers or corporate partners) with confidentiality. This commitment shall continue following the end of the program.
6. As part of our project marketing, you acknowledge that the EIT InPhysEd Winter School has the right to use all promotional materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos and testimonials made during the workshop weeks for future communication activities.
