The transfer concept shows how the GeKoOrg daycare concept developed in the GeKoRegio-Bayern project can be successfully implemented in other regions and facilities. It is aimed at Gesundheitsregionenplus (health regions plus), health authorities, daycare providers, specialist consultants, and educational professionals. It includes prioritized areas of action, examples of measures, and a structured implementation process based on the Health Literacy Action Cycle. The aim is to strengthen regional networks, secure resources, and anchor health literacy sustainably in the daycare environment.
