Teaching profession course of studies

The state educational teacher training programmes in the course of the framework of teacher training are:

  • Concentration on sport in depth - for a teaching position at a higher educational school
  • No in-depth concentration on sport - for a teaching position at a vocational, modern secondary school, middle school, elementary school
  • Qualification to teach health and nursing science at a vocational school
  • Sport as a didactic subject in the course of didactic studies in a subject group at a modern secondary and elementary school

The subject of sport is to be combined with a further school subject during the training. Prerequisites for qualification are the general or subject-linked university entrance qualification, verification of the health suitability and of the successful completion of the sport-suitability examination.
